The workshops are taylored to your comfort, groups of 4 to 8 people so that you feel at ease.

I propose various themes, traditional cuisine, dishes to amaze your friends, fusion cuisine, Christmas cuisine, seasonal cuisine.

And I also adapt to the proposals you want to make me, if you gather a group of friends or family you can choose the type of cuisine you want to discover.

After a welcome coffee at Casa de la Volta we start preparing the recipes and, when we have them almost ready, we take a break and walk through the countryside to the neighboring property, a winery where its owner and winemaker explains us and lets us taste wines that he personally grows in small batches. The flavors of the Pla de Bages D.O.C. in your glass. After the tasting demonstration, we return to Casa de la Volta, complete the recipes and have lunch together.

In the afternoon, social gathering arround coffee or tea, small historical walk through the medival Sagrera of Salelles and farewell.

The price of the workshop, wine tasting and activities is €65 per person.
